Shopping Information

All orders should be placed via the shopping cart system online. Any queries about stock or orders can be made via email (info@shelloz.com.au). After you have ordered your items in the shopping cart, go to ‘View Trolley’ and proceed. Please ensure you fill in your email address, shipping/postal details and contact telephone number. Postage costs are automatically calculated to assist with payment.

Minimum Orders:

ShellOz Scrapbooking has a minimum order requirement of $10.00 excluding postage.

Payment:

Payments must be made online via credit card through our shopping cart system which is integrated with PayPal (with over 86 million account users worldwide). Paypal is easy, safe and a secure way to pay for your Scrapbooking needs. Payments must be made before the dispatch of goods.

A confirmation email of your order will be sent from ShellOz Scrapbooking to the email address supplied. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at info@shelloz.com.au.

Postage & Delivery:

ShellOz Scrapbooking sends goods all over the world. We do our best to pack all orders within 3 working days (providing all items are in stock). We take no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during transit. If there is any delay in packaging your order you will be advised via email.

ShellOz Scrapbooking makes every effort to keep products in stock, but this is also dependant on suppliers.  (please see Guarantee & Returns Policy for information on Goods out of Stock).

Within Australia:

ShellOz Scrapbooking runs a SPECIAL DEAL ON POSTAGE. For ALL orders OVER $40.00 (within Australia) we will deduct 15% ** off the total bill. (** excluding albums, punches, storage, selected cutting tools, Cricut machine, Cricut rolling tote, Cricut cartridges Cricut Package deals, as well as the ShellOz Start-up Packs)

If you wish us to use Express Post or Registered Post, a quote can be obtained when confirming your order.

International:

For International postage or Express Post, prices are available on request. Prices are dependant on weight and destination. Postage costs are automatically calculated through the shopping cart system.

Overseas orders are sent exclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Postal rates are based on Australia Post postal services together with packaging prices and are therefore subject to change without notice.
