Guarantee & Returns Policy:
ShellOz Scrapbooking hopes you are happy with your purchase. Please notify us by email (info@shelloz.com.au) within 48hrs if you have any problems with your order.
ShellOz Scrapbooking will happily issue a credit providing the goods are returned in new and unused condition and in their original packaging within 7 days. We reserve the right to determine the condition of the products when returned.
If you are returning goods, please contact us to obtain a ‘returns number’. No goods will be accepted without a ‘returns number’ and you are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Any punches or trimmers that are found to be inoperable, but have no apparent damage, or considered defective, can be returned within 7 days of receipt and will be exchanged for the same item in stock.
ShellOz Scrapbooking maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. We endeavour to depict as accurately as possible all goods for sale. Some manufacturers have size variations beyond our control. Due to the scanning and printing process, colour variations can occur. We regret this is beyond our control.
Goods out of Stock:
ShellOz Scrapbooking attempts to ensure the website is kept up-to-date with new products and any goods out of stock. Sometimes, due to high demand or difficulty obtaining a product from our suppliers, some items may be temporarily out of stock. ShellOz Scrapbooking apologises for any inconvenience this may cause and advises that we are unable to do backorders.
Please note that product availability and pricing are subject to change at any time. All prices on the ShellOz Scrapbooking website (www.shelloz.com.au) are quoted in Australian dollars.
Acid Free/ Lignin Free & Buffering:
ShellOz Scrapbooking products, unless advised, are suitable for Scrapbooking. We purchase from suppliers that state that their products are acid free and/or lignin free on their products and packaging. Some of our cardstock is buffered, which acts as a protection from the acid in the paper or from pollution in the environment. These 3 processes assist in preserving your photos.
ShellOz Scrapbooking cannot guarantee products will remain acid free, lignin free or buffered, but we will take all possible care in handling stock before dispatch.
